Dedicated to John Appleget. Welcome to Ken Snyder Racing Online!
Kansas City's All-Olds Racing Team
The racing season is approaching once again, and I'm getting ready to go on active duty for training. This time they're serious -- but it's only for five weeks. It does mean any work on the race cars is once again on hold. Grace is taking a back seat to a "new" truck we bought to use as a trailer-tower, that project will be the first one finished once we get back. After Roy gets finished with the trailer upgrades and we get some spring/summer house projects out of the way, we'll be back to work on Grace. While we're waiting on parts for Grace, we'll spend a little bit of time doing some work on Chelsea's RX-7 we used to autocross and get it back out to an event or two. With a towing package in top shape we can flog the car as hard as we want and not be afraid of breaking it -- just load it back on the trailer and take it home, fix it when we get the time. Once again this year, I'll work some events at Heartland Park Topeka, the Kansas Speedway and Lakeside Speedway to get my "fix." During my time in Wichita for training, I'm going to drive down to Hallett and work a SCCA Club Racing weekend as well. Check the Newsgram for the latest -- whatever that turns out to be. Don't forget to support your local race track -- you never know what future racing star you might see! If you want to be automatically notified when we have updates of the Newsgram or the web pages, drop us a line and we'll put you on our mailing list.
Take Care,
